1) Over 10sets shale shaker for Russia
The Russia drilling company just order over 10sets shale shaker at beginning of this year. In order to reduce the shaker screen spare parts cost, the client choose three panel shale shakers instead of four panel shaker. The three panel shaker screen is same size as Swaco Mongoose screen, composite material. Compared with metal frame screen, composite material frame screen can show much better reliability, better conductance, better lifetime etc. Price is litter higher.
The client also buys some sets of mud cleaner, as well as some decanter centrifuges.
2) Large quantity shaker screen for Middle East
Shaker screen is the most cost part for shale shaker. To choose good brand shaker screen with high quality and reasonable price will save lots for clients. Now, we basically recommend composite material shaker screen to client with advantages as below:
- 1) Automatic Robot Welding of the steel frame to have better quality and consistency. High quality fiber glass to improve plastic quality and screen temperature resistant to 140 C degree.
- 2) Four side tension of API during the heat press to minimize the gap between the top screen and support screens, in a result extending the screen life. Our competitor normally do not use any tension for heat press.
- 3) Compared to metal frame, the composite frame useable area is 10% to 20 % larger.
- 4) Since the composite frame is covered by plastic, it is rust resistant for long time storage up to over 5 years.
