1) About 1million oily sludge treatment project for Middle East

This is the first time to build oily sludge treatment system by GN Solids Control. With the help from client, GN design and modify the equipment configurations many times, and finally satisfy the need of client. The system is under commissioning in jobsite, GN sales people, mechanical engineer and electrical engineer are working for the commissioning at jobsite, together with clients.

The oily sludge treatment system mainly including feeding system, Pre-mixing and heating system, screening separation module, centrifuge module, chemical dosing module, three phase separation module, micro-bubble separation module, solids washing module etc.

We shall update to potential clients with sludge system working performance, and jobsite working videos.

2) Trailer mounted mud tank system for water well drilling

One Africa client for water well drilling, they buy trailer mounted rigs from China rig company, and separately buy the trailer mounted mud system from GN Solids Control. We offer 500gpm mud system to working with 550hp rig. The mud system including:

1ea GNZS703J-1S8N mud cleaner, this unit can separate about +40microns solids and +20microns solids separately, buy two times drilling mud circulation.

1ea trailer mounted mud tank with single line tires, easier movement from jobsite to another jobsite.

3) Over 10sets shale shaker & decanter centrifuge for Russia client

The client check different solids control company in China end of last year, and finally choose GN to be their supplier for the order of over 10sets shale shaker and decanter centrifuges, as well as several centrifugal degasser, which similar to Swaco degasser.
