LINEAR DEWATERING VIBRATING SCREEN

Shale Shakers are widely used for solids control, they are equipment that allows to eliminate drilling cuttings from the drilling fluid and this whole process is done while circulating and drilling. GN Linear Dewatering Vibrating Screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization drive technology with a built-in eccentric block. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted by the eccentric block.

 

GN Linear Dewatering Vibrating Screen is mainly composed of a screen deck, vibrating motor, supporting system, and electric control system. Through the synchronous and reverse operation of the vibrating motors, the centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric masses is superimposed along the vibration direction, and the opposite centrifugal force is offset, thereby forming a single exciting vibration along the vibration direction, which makes the screen deck move back and forth linearly. GN High-frequency Linear Dewatering Vibrating Screen changes the water tension on the surface of the material through the exciting force. The liquid/water passes through the screen, while the fine solid particles are blocked by the screen to form a filter layer and move forward under the effect of the vibration force.

According to the material requirements, the Linear Dewatering Vibrating Screen can use a polyurethane screen panel. The polyurethane screen panel is lined with steel bars, which is very strong and wear-resistant, has a long service life, and does not pollute treated materials. The polyurethane screen panel adopts an inverted triangle three-dimensional anti-blocking design, which can effectively prevent blockage.

Mining Tailings Dewatering & Dry Discharge: Iron tailings, gold tailings, copper tailings, vanadium tailings, lead-zinc tailings, graphite tailings, etc.
