Chemical mixing equipment will need chemical mixing pump , small hopper , small agitator and flocculation tank . The mixing pump normally will be able to calculate volume of pumping ,so this will make density of chemical can be calculated . There are 2 kinds of chemicals , fluids chemicals normally can be mixed by an mud agitator which is easy to get mixed . The powder chemicals will be mix by hopper with mixing pump .
After chemical mixed well , the mixed chemicals can be delivery into dewatering centrifuge together with drilling mud . The decanter centrifuge will have different options and the top 2 models are GNLW553VFD and GNLW363CG , GNLW553 centrifuge is design for 400 GPM mud flow capacity and 550 mm bowl diameter and GNLW363CG model is design for 132 GPM mud flow capacity and 360 mm bowl diameter with 3200 RPM rotating speed . Both centrifuge bowl is made stainless material SS316L and screw made by stainless SS2205 which is much better than normal stainless material SS304 .
Mud tank will be using to storage dirty or clean mud , the mud tank size can be customize by 6 mm thick tank wall and 8 mm thick tank bottom with 200 – 300 m H beam as tank skid . The tank size normally will be design as per request .
